Health insurance is available to members under a Liberty Pumps group plan. Liberty Pumps offers a high deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a Health Savings Account (HSA). A Health Savings Account is an employee owned bank account for those participating in a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
401(k) Qualified Retirement Plan
Liberty Pumps provides eligible members with a 401(k) Retirement plan as a means to save for their retirement.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Liberty Pumps participates in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. ESOP contributions are made into a tax deferred retirement savings plan on their behalf.
Full-time and part-time regular members are eligible for Absence hours. Absence hours can be used as vacation time, sick time, or to take care of personal matters.
Liberty Pumps Members will be paid for 8 designated holidays and one additional floating holiday per year.
Tuition Assistance Program
Liberty Pumps wants to encourage all members to further their education, both to improve performance in their current job and to prepare them to take on new challenges. As support for seeking additional training, the company will reimburse for at least some of the costs involved.
Liberty Pumps provides all full-time, eligible Members with life insurance at no cost to the Member.
